Holistic Midwifery Care

I believe pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are a sacred journey and rite of passage that deserve the utmost care and respect.

A medical procedure involving a newborn baby and an umbilical cord, with evidence of childbirth, including a surgical tray and medical tools.

In my care, we will focus on nutrition, sunshine, connecting with nature, exercise, body balancing and more to help you have the best journey possible.

I offer a calm, quiet, grounding presence at births and in prenatal appointments. This is your birth — you are in charge.

Feeding your baby can bring both deep connection and real challenges. Whether you’re navigating pain, latch difficulties, oral ties, supply concerns, or just want reassurance that things are going well, I’m here to support you with calm, attentive, evidence-based care.

What’s Included

Each visit is unhurried and tailored to you and your baby. During our time together, we may:

❀ Take a full feeding and health history

❀ Observe a feeding and assess latch and positioning

❀ Offer hands-on guidance and gentle adjustments

❀ Assess for oral function, milk transfer, and overall feeding dynamics

❀ Create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals

❀ Provide emotional support and space to ask questions

Included is two weeks of text support following the visit so you’re not left figuring things out alone.

Investment:

Initial in-home consult: $200

Follow-up visits: $185

Insurance:

I currently accept Meritain Health, United Healthcare, UMR, Cigna, and and plans that have a PNOA or MultiPlan logo on them. I can also take an HSA card.

A gentle note:

My role is to support, guide, and offer tools — but every baby and feeding relationship is unique.

I cannot promise specific outcomes, and I won’t ever force a baby into something they’re not ready for. Instead, I work with you and your baby as a dyad — respecting cues, supporting physiology and helping you move toward your goals in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.

You are not doing anything wrong if things take time. You deserve support through the process, not pressure for perfection.

I am on call for you starting at 37 weeks. I will come to support you in labor whenever you feel you need extra support, and remain with you until 1-2 hours postpartum. As an IBCLC I provide special lactation support and can help you with first latch after birth and set you up for breastfeeding success.

❀ Some things I bring in my birth bag: a rebozo, The Birth Sling, a TENS unit, tea light candles, and my most important tools: my heart and my hands!

❀ 1 postpartum visit, 2-3 hours long. We can either do a full IBCLC lactation consult, or I can do postpartum doula work for you (light housework, cooking a meal, etc.) We can also talk about the birth and process anything that happened.
